Aleida Guevara March (lahir 24 November 1960) adalah putri sulung dari empat bersaudara yang lahir dari pasangan Ernesto "Che" Guevara dan istri keduanya, Aleida March.

Ia adalah seorang dokter dan seorang Marxis seperti ayahnya. Ia bertugas di Rumah Sakit Anak-Anak William Soler di Havana dan juga pernah bekerja sebagai dokter di Angola, Ekuador, dan Nicaragua. Ia pernah diwawancara mengenai pelayanan kesehatan semesta dalam film Sicko karya Michael Moore .

Guevara merupakan pendukung hak asasi manusia dan pengampunan utang untuk negara-negara berkembang.[1] Ia adalah penulis buku Chávez, Venezuela and the New Latin America.[2]
