Girl Scouts of the United States of America (GSUSA) ialah organisasi yang beranggotakan kaum putri, baik dari Amerika Serikat maupun dari luar negara tersebut. Ia dilatarkan sebagai "organisasi preeminen bagi perempuan".[2] Ia dibentukkan oleh Juliette Gordon Low pada tahun 1912 dan diorganisasi selepas Low temu Robert Baden-Powell, pembentuk Scouting, dalam 1911.[3] Kembali ke Savannah, Georgia, dia membuat panggil untuk memulakan malam tu.[4]

Girl Scouting di Amerika Serikat bermula sejak 12 Marek 1912 pada saat Juliette "Daisy" Gordon Low mengorganisasikan Troop Girl Scout Youth 18 di Savannah, Georgia. Hingga saat ini telah beranggotakan 3.7 juta.[4]
