Ganja medis adalah ganja dan kanabinoid yang dipakai oleh para dokter kepada para pasien mereka.^[1]^[2] Pemakaian ganja sebagai pengobatan tidaklah banyak diuji karena batasan produksi dan pemerintah, yang menimbulkan riset klinis terbatas yang menguji keamanan dan dampak dari pemakaian ganja untuk mengobati penyakit.^[3]
