Jembatan Penang (Jambatan Pulau Pinang dalam bahasa Melayu) adalah sebuah jembatan tol dua jalur yang menghubungkan Bayan Lepas di pulau Penang dan Seberang Prai di daratan Malaysia. Jembatan ini juga berhubungan dengan Jalan Lintas Utara-Selatan di Prai dan Jalan Tol Jelutong di Bayan Lepas. Dia resmi dibuka pada 14 September 1985. Panjang keseluruhan jembatan ini sekitar 13,5 km, membuat jembatan ini salah satu jembatan terpanjang di Asia Tenggara dan merupakan sebuah landmark nasional.

Sebelum 1985, transportasi antara pulau Penang dan daratan hanya dilayani oleh feri antara Butterworth dan George Town.

Pengguna jalan hanya perlu membayar tarif ketika menuju Penang, dan tidak perlu membayar ketika meninggalkan pulau. Tarif sekali jalan adalah 5,6 Ringgit.

Pada 2005 ada rencana untuk memperluas lajur dari 4 menjadi 6 untuk melayani lalu lintas yang meningkat.
