Henry II, Comte Eu (†1191) merupakan putra Jean, Comte Eu dan Lord Hastings, dan Alice d'Aubigny.[1] Henri mewarisi gelar comte Eu dan Lord Hastings setelah kematian ayahandanya (1170).
Henri menikahi Matilda,[1] putri Hamelin de Warenne, Earl Surrey, dan Isabel de Warenne, Comtesse keempat Surrey. Henri dan Matilda memiliki keturunan sebagai berikut:
- Raoul dari Eu (†1 Mei 1186)
- Guy dari Eu (†1185)
- Alix, Comtesse Eu, menikah pada tahun 1213 dengan Raoul I dari Lusignan yang menjadi Comte Eu[2]
- Jeanne dari Eu.
Setelah kematian Henri, putrinya menjadi Comtesse Eu dan Lady Hastings. Henri dimakamkan di Foucarmont.[3]
