Genealogi genetik atau silsilah genetik adalah penggunaan tes DNA silsilah, yaitu, pembuatan profil DNA dan tes DNA, yang dikombinasikan dengan metode silsilah tradisional, untuk menyimpulkan hubungan genetik di antara individu. Penerapan ilmu genetika ini kemudian digunakan oleh sejarawan keluarga di abad ke-21, semenjak tes DNA menjadi terjangkau. Pengujian genealogi genetik telah dipromosikan oleh kelompok amatir, seperti kelompok studi nama keluarga atau kelompok silsilah regional, serta proyek berbasis riset seperti Proyek Genografi.
