Setelah Silly String (mainan tali plastik yang bisa disemprotkan) menghabiskan biaya $200,000/tahun untuk dibersihkan, Los Angeles mengeluarkan peraturan yang melarang mainan tersebut di Hollywood selama Halloween.[1][2]
