Jure Francetić (3 Juli 1912 – 27/28 Desember 1942) adalah seorang Komisioner Ustaša Kroasia untuk wilayah Bosnia dan Herzegovina dari Negara Independen Kroasia pada Perang Dunia II,[1] dan panglima Resimne Ustaše ke-1 dari Militia Ustaše, kemudian dikenal sebagai Legiun Hitam. Dalam kedua jabatan tersebut, ia bertanggung jawab atas pembantaian Serbia Bosnia dan Yahudi.[2]
