Ferrari SF15-T adalah sebuah mobil balap Formula Satu yang digunakan oleh tim Scuderia Ferrari untuk bersaing di musim 2015. Mobil ini dipakai oleh Sebastian Vettel dan Kimi Räikkönen. SF15-T diluncurkan pada tanggal 30 Januari 2015. Dengan membawa tradisi dari tim Red Bull dan Toro Rosso, Vettel menamakan SF15-T sebagai "Eva" untuk musim 2015.
