Swiss-Belhotel International Hotel yang tahun 1986 oleh Gavin M. Faull, Chairman dan Presiden Swiss-Belhotel International global hotel manajemen dengan portofolio lebih dari 145 hotel dan resort yang tersebar di seluruh dunia.[1] Gavin memulai kariernya sebagai akuntan untuk The Peninsulla Grup Hongkong pada tahun 1983. Gavin diangkat menjadi kepala eksekutif Kingsgate International Corporate Limited.[1]
Pandu Sjahrir melalui perusahaan modal ventura, Indies Capital Partner resmi mengakusisi 60% saham PT Swiss-Belhotel Internasional Indonesia dari Ciputra Grup. Akusisi PTSwiss-Belhotel Internasional Indonesia dan PT Zest Hotel International Indonesia terjadi pada 14 November 2022. [2]
