Artikel ini belum mencantumkan bagian tentang aktor hubungan internasional. Padahal, dalam mempelajari HI, materi tentang aktor-aktor HI merupakan materi pokok yang seharusnya dipahami oleh penstudi ilmu ini sebelum bergerak ke pemahaman yang lebih kompleks. Bolehkah kita menambahkan bagian "Aktor-aktor Hubungan Internasional" pada bagian sebelum "institusi" ? Just ishaq (bicara) 15 Desember 2012 01.02 (UTC)Balas
