Backlash 2023 adalah acara bayar-per-tayang (PPV) gulat profesional Backlash ke-18 dan acara penyiaran langsung yang diproduksi oleh WWE. Acara ini diadakan untuk pegulat dari divisi merek Raw dan SmackDown. Acara tersebut berlangsung pada hari Sabtu, 6 Mei 2023, di Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot di San Juan, Puerto Riko. Ini adalah acara bayar-per-tayang WWE pertama yang diadakan di Puerto Riko sejak New Year's Revolution pada bulan Januari 2005, dan acara Backlash kedua yang diadakan di luar Amerika Serikat setelah acara tahun 2004. Setelah dua tahun sebelumnya bertajuk "WrestleMania Backlash", acara tahun 2023 dikembalikan ke nama aslinya dengan tetap mempertahankan konsep pasca-WrestleMania, dengan acara tahun 2023 didasarkan pada reaksi dari WrestleMania 39.
