Desmond Sinclair Walker (lahir 26 November 1965) adalah pelatih sepak bola Inggris dan mantan pemain yang bermain sebagai bek.
Di level klub ia bermain di tujuh final piala untuk Nottingham Forest di Wembley, memenangkan lima di antaranya. Dia adalah pemain terbaik Forest tahun ini sebanyak tiga kali. Dalam empat kesempatan berturut-turut di Forest, dia terpilih sebagai PFA Team of the Year. Di Sheffield Wednesday dia kembali meraih penghargaan Pemain Terbaik Klub Tahun Ini. Dia bermain dalam dua puluh musim sepak bola senior. Semua kecuali tiga pemain terakhir berada di papan atas Inggris atau Italia.
Dia bermain 59 kali untuk Inggris, termasuk perjalanan negaranya ke semifinal Piala Dunia FIFA 1990.
