Inanna adalah seorang dewi Mesopotamia kuno yang diasosiasikan dengan cinta, kecantikan, seks, keinginan, kesuburan, perang, keadilan dan kekuatan politik. Ia awalnya disembah di Sumeria dan kemudian oleh Akkadia, Babilonia dan Asiria dengan nama Ishtar.
