Menurut kitab suci Yahudi, Tanah Israel (Ibrani: אֶרֶץ יִשְׂרָאֵל, Eretz Yisrael) adalah tanah yang dijanjikan oleh Tuhan kepada keturunan Abraham. Istilah ini tidak sama dengan negara Israel (Medinat Yisrael).
Sebelum didirikannya negara Yahudi, kini Israel, istilah Eretz Yisrael digunakan oleh orang Yahudi yang religius untuk wilayah yang disebut Palestina.[1]
