Pol-e Khomri, Puli Khumri atau Pul-i-Kumri (bahasa Persia: پل خمری), adalah kota yang terletak di Afganistan utara. Kota ini merupakan ibukota provinsi Baghlan dan memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 60.000 jiwa. (perkiraan 2002).
Hongaria mengepalai tim rekonstruksi provinsial di kota ini.[1]
