Saipan adalah pulau terbesar dan ibukota Kepulauan Mariana Utara, rantai dari 15 pulau tropis di kepulauan Mariana di samudera Pasifik barat (15°10’51”N, 145°45’21”E)dengan luas wilayah 115.39 km². Sensus Amerika Serikat tahun 2000 menghasilkan bahwa pulau ini memiliki populasi sebesar 62.392 jiwa.
