Didgeridoo (atau didjeridu) adalah alat musik tiup penduduk asli Australia dari bagian utara Australia.
Sebuah didjeridu biasanya berbentuk silinder atau cenderung kerucut, serta berukuran panjang sekitar 1 sampai 2 meter, kebanyakan berukuran 1,2 meter. Jarang sekali berkuran yang lebih pendek atau lebih panjang dari ini . Pada umumnya, semakin panjang alat musik ini, kunci nadanya semakin rendah. Para pemain tradisional Aborigin lebih menyukai kunci nada antara D ke F♯
