Charlton Heston (Evanston, Illinois, 4 Oktober 1924–Beverly Hills, California, 5 April 2008) adalah seorang aktor berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang meraih Academy Award untuk perannya sebagai Judah Ben-Hur dalam film Ben-Hur (1959). Dia berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1941 hingga 2003.
