Lester William Polsfuss (9 Juni 1915-12 Agustus 2009) merupakan seorang penyanyi jazz berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Dia dikenal dengan nama Les Paul. Dia dilahirkan di Waukesha, Wisconsin. Dia berkarir di dunia musim sejak tahun 1928 hingga meninggal dunia tahun 2009.
Dia meninggal dunia pada 12 Agustus 2009 akibat radang paru-paru yang dideritanya.
