Seo Young-hee (Hangul:서영희; lahir 13 Juni 1980) adalah aktris asal Korea Selatan. Ia dikenal karena perannya dalam thriller The Chaser (2008) dan kemudian ia memenangkan penghargaan atas perannya sebagai pemeran utama dalam film horor Bedevilled (2010).[2][3]
