Fortifikasi Dorchester Heights adalah sebuah tindakan yang menentukan pada awal Perang Revolusi Amerika Serikat yang mengawali akhir pengepungan Boston dan penarikan pasukan Britania dari kota tersebut.
Pada 4 Maret 1776, tentara dari Pasukan Kontinental di bawah komando George Washington menduduki Dorchester Heights, perbukitan rendah dengan pemandangan menghadap Boston dan pelabuhannya dan menempatkan meriam kuat di sana. Jenderal William Howe, komandan pasukan Britania yang menduduki kota, mempertimbangkan aksi perlawanan karena meriam tersebut mengancam kota dan kapal-kapal militer di pelabuhan.
