Once in a LIVEtime adalah 2CD album live oleh band progressive metal/rock Dream Theater, dan rilis live kedua mereka setelah Live at The Marquee, yang menampilkan sebagian besar lagu dari album Falling into Infinity 1997 yang direkam secara live di Bataclan, Perancis dan dirilis pada tahun 1998.
Sampul album dirancang oleh Storm Thorgerson, menggambarkan pandangan kepala biksu dari teater Romawi kuno . Ini adalah salah satu dari tiga album Dream Theater, yang tidak memiliki font yang ikonik dengan band di sampulnya. Hal ini disebabkan penolakan Thorgerson untuk bekerja dengan font yang dibuat oleh seniman lain.
