Garis Suksesi Takhta Britania Raya adalah urutan orang-orang yang memiliki hak dan memenuhi syarat sebagai pewaris takhta Britania Raya (Inggris Raya). Dalam hal ini, pemerintah Inggris tidak mempublikasikan daftar resmi dari orang-orang yang masuk dalam daftar urutan tersebut, namun berdasarkan data silsilah dan penelitian sederhana menyebutkan bahwa ada ribuan orang yang memiliki potensi berada dalam daftar tersebut.^[1]

Syarat dan ketentuan

Hak menjadi suksesor ini diatur dalam Undang-undang Penyelesaian Inggris 1701, Undang-undang Pernikahan Kerajaan Inggris 1772 dan hukum adat.^[2] Garis suksesi ini mengutamakan pria namun tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk wanita. Para anggota garis suksesi ini lalu menemui dua persyaratan lagi:

Pihak tersebut adalah keturunan sah (menurut Undang-undang legitimasi Inggris dan Wales, adalah keturunan dari Elektris Sophia dari Hanover)
Pihak tersebut tidak pernah beragama Katolik Roma dan tidak pernah menikahi seseorang beragama Katolik Roma.

Pada saat naik takhta, pewaris takhta tersebut harus menjadi anggota Gereja Inggris.^[3]

Garis Suksesi

Daftar ini dibatasi hanya menampilkan keturunan Ratu Elizabeth II dari Britania Raya, George VI dari Britania Raya dan keturunan George V dari Britania Raya.

Garis suksesi ini dilanjutkan oleh Mary, Countess Harewood, yakni putri satu-satunya dari Raja George V, diikuti oleh keturunan Edward VII dan raja-raja sebelumnya hingga Raja George I (garis ini terbatas pada keturunan Sophia dari Hanover, yang mana dari semua yang hidup saat ini adalah juga merupakan keturunan Raja George I). Orang terakhir di dalam garis ini adalah Karin Vogel (lahir 1973) dari Rostock, Jerman.^[1]^[3]
