Dallata (bahasa Arab: دلاّتة) adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina yang berada di atas puncak bukit yang berjarak 6 kilometer (3,7 mi) dari utara Safad. Dibangun di atas sebuah situs kuno, desa tersebut dikenal oleh pasukan Salibis dengan nama Deleha. Dallata masuk dalam sensus Utsmaniyah akhir abad ke-16 dan sensus Inggris abad ke-20. Para penduduknya utamanya adalah petani, dengan beberapa bekerja sebagai tukang kayu dan pedagang.
Dallata dikosongkan dalam Perang Palestina 1948 pada sekitar 10 Mei 1948 oleh Batalion Satu Palmach saat Operasi Yiftach. Setelah pendirian Israel, wilayah Israel Dalton didirikan dengan jarak sekitar 1 kilometer (0,62 mi) dari barat daya situs desa tersebut.
