Billy Barty (25 Oktober 1924 – 22 Desember 2000) adalah aktor film dan televisi berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat.[1] Selama Dasawarsa 1950-an, dia menjadi bintang film televisi, tampil di Spike Jones bersamaan.
Personal life
Barty lahir dengan nama William John Bertanzetti pada 25 Oktober 1924 di Millsboro, Pennsylvania, putera dari Albert Steven dan Ellen Cecial Bertanzetti[2] Kakeknya berasal dari Italia. Pada tahun 1962, dia menikahi Shirley Bolingbroke dari Malad City, Idaho. Mereka memiliki dua anak, Lori Neilson dan produser film/sutradara Braden Barty. Barty dan keluarganya merupakan anggota jemaat The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.[3] Barty meninggal karena gagal jantung tahun 2000 pada usia 76.[1][4][5][6][7][8][8][9]

Billy Barty, a 3-foot-10-inch actor whose career spanned seven decades and all types of roles, died on Saturday at a hospital in Glendale, Calif. He was 76. Mr. Barty had been hospitalized for heart problems and a lung infection, and died of heart failure, said his publicist, Bill York.
