Skytrax
Skytrax adalah perusahaan konsultan Britania Raya yang melakukan riset mengenai maskapai penerbangan. Perusahaan ini melakukan survei untuk menentukan maskapai, bandar udara, hiburan dalam pesawat, staff, dan elemen perjalanan udara terbaik lainnya.[1][2] Selain survei ini, Skytrax juga memiliki forum maskapai penerbangan tempat penumpang pesawat dapat memberikan ulasan untuk dilihat oleh calon penumpang lain. Skytrax juga dikenal dengan Penghargaan Maspakai Dunia[3] dan Penghargaan Bandar Udara Dunia[4] tahunan.
Riset Skytrax juga pernah dipakai oleh pemerintah Britania Raya dalam membuat peraturan transportasi udara, misalnya oleh House of Lords Select Committee mengenai Science and Technology's Fifth Report.[5]
