Yoo Jae-Seok (Hangul: 유재석; atau dieja Yu Jae-Suk; lahir 14 Agustus 1972) adalah komedian dari Korea Selatan. Ia sering dijuluki Nation MC (국민 MC) karena ia sering menjadi MC di suatu acara. Seperti di Running Man, Family Outing, X-Man, dan Infinite Challenge.
Di Running Man, ia banyak dijuluki seperti Yoo Hyuk, Grasshopper, Yooruce Willis dll. Nama panggilan "The Grasshopper", karena penampilan awal berpakaian sebagai belalang, dia sekarang dikenal cekatan dan likabilitas dengan demografi yang paling, dan telah membuktikan dirinya sebagai salah satu komedian dan pesohor papan atas Korea.
