Colin John McCahon (1 Agustus 1919 – 27 Mei 1987)[1] adalah seorang seniman Selandia Baru berpengaruh yang mengerjakan selama lebih dari lima puluh lima tahun dalam berbagai jenis yang meluputi lanskap, figurasi, abstraksi dan teks bergambar. Bersama dengan Toss Woollaston dan Rita Angus, McCahon dikenal karena mengenalkan modernisme ke Selandia Baru pada pertengahan abad kedua puluh. Ia dianggap sebagai seniman modern paling berpengaruh di Selandia Baru, terutama karya lanskapnya.[2][3]
