Kodeks Borgia atau Kodeks Yoalli Ehēcatl adalah sebuah manuskrip ritual dan keilahian Mesoamerika. Karya tersebut adalah salah satu kodeks yang diyakini oleh para cendekiawan ditulis sebelum penaklukan Meksiko oleh Spanyol
