Mathos (Bahasa Punik: 𐤌𐤈𐤀, mṭʾ;[1] bahasa Yunani: Μάθως, Máthōs; wafat 237 SM merupakan nama dari seorang tokoh asal Libya, Afrika Utara milik Kartago. Ia dipekerjakan ke dalam pasukan Kartago selama Perang Punisia Pertama (264–241 SM) sebelum tahun 241 SM. Tanggal kelahiran Mathos tidak diketahui, begitu pula rincian kegiatannya sebelum ia terkenal sebagai perwira berpangkat rendah pada tahun 241 SM.
