Kereta api Siliwangi adalah kereta api milik PT Kereta Api Indonesia di Jawa dengan relasi Stasiun Cianjur - Sukabumi - Halte Bogor Paledang. Kereta api ini diresmikan pada tanggal 8 Februari 2014 dengan jadwal PLB dan baru berjalan dengan jadwal reguler keesokan harinya. Kereta api ini dioperasikan karena tingginya permintaan masyarakat Sukabumi dan Cianjur untuk menggunakan moda transportasi menggunakan rel. Perjalanan dari Cianjur menuju Bogor ditempuh kurang lebih selama 4 jam 15 menit.

Dalam satu rangkaian tersebut terdapat dua gerbong kereta kelas eksekutif dan kereta kelas ekonomi AC: 4 rangkaian ekonomi AC, 1 kereta makan pembangkit, serta 1 rangkaian eksekutif. Adapun gerbong kereta kelas eksekutif dan ekonomi AC menampung 100-240 kursi. Jika ditambah penumpang yang akan mengisi di gerbong makan pembangkit (KMP3) ekonomi, jumlah total penumpang kereta Siliwangi-Cianjur sekitar 340 penumpang dalam sekali perjalanan.

Setiap hari disediakan enam kali perjalanan dengan perincian tiga perjalanan dari Sukabumi dan tiga perjalanan dari Cianjur. Saat ini KA Siliwangi telah disatukan dengan kereta api Pangrango, dengan KA Siliwangi melayani perjalanan Cianjur-Bogor Paledang serta KA Pangrango melayani perjalanan Bogor Paledang-Cianjur. Kedua KA tersebut kini lebih sering disebut KA Pangrango saja.

Keunikan

Kereta api ini memiliki keunikan seperti layaknya kereta api Penataran dan kereta api Rapih Dhoho. Yaitu, bila kereta api ini sampai di stasiun Sukabumi, maka rangkaian kereta api Siliwangi akan berubah nama menjadi kereta api Pangrango yang melanjutkan perjalanan menuju Stasiun Paledang; begitu juga sebaliknya.

Insiden

Pada hari Senin, 10 Februari 2014 dua gerbong KA Siliwangi yang menempuh perjalanan dari Cianjur menuju Sukabumi anjlok sekitar pukul 13.30 WIB di dekat terowongan Lampegan, Cianjur tepatnya di petak Stasiun Lampegan - Stasiun Cireunghas. Badan salah satu gerbong sempat membentur terowongan Lampegan saat tergelincir, namun tidak sampai merusak konstruksi terowongan.^[1]
Pada hari Selasa 31 Maret 2015 lokomotif dan satu gerbong KA Siliwangi tujuan Cianjur - Bogor anjlok di dekat Stasiun Cireunghas.Penyebab anjlok kereta tersebut diduga karena bagian bawah bantalan rel longsor,akibatnya kereta tidak bisa melanjutkan perjalanan dan penumpang melanjutkan dengan transportasi lainnya.^[2]
