Bangsa Makedonia (bahasa Makedonia: Македонци) – juga dinamai bangsa Slavia Makedonia - ialah kelompok etnis Slavia Selatan yang terutama dikaitkan dengan Republik Makedonia. Mereka bertutur dalam bahasa Makedonia, sebuah bahasa Slavia Selatan. Sekitar dua pertiga semua etnis Makedonia tinggal di Republika Makedonija, lainnya tersebar di negara lain.
