Pulau Hans (Bahasa Kalaallisut/Inuktitut: Tartupaluk; Bahasa Denmark: Hans Ø; Bahasa Perancis: Île Hans) adalah pulau kecil tak berpenghuni yang memiliki luas sebesar 1.3 km², terletak di 80°49′41″LU,66°27′35″BB di tengah selat Kennedy di Selat Nares, selat yang memisahkan Pulau Ellesmere dari Greenland utara dan menghubungkan teluk Baffin dengan laut Lincoln. Pulau ini adalah pulau terkecil dari tiga pulau di selat Kennedy; pulau lainnya adalah pulau Franklin dan pulau Crozier. Pulau ini diklaim kepemilikannya oleh Kanada dan Denmark.
