Nihayatul Wafiroh, atau lebih akrab dipanggil Ninik, adalah caleg terpilih dari Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa untuk Jawa Timur III yang meliputi wilayah Banyuwangi, Bondowoso, dan Situbondo. Nihayatul Wafiroh merupakan lulusan S2 University of Hawaii di Manoa, Amerika Serikat. Ia telah menyelesaikan pendidikan S3 di ICRS Jogja pada tahun 2016.
Pada periode DPR RI 2014 – 2019, ia dipercaya untuk menjabat pada Komisi IX yang membidangi Tenaga Kerja & Transmigrasi, Kependudukan, dan Kesehatan. Sebelum masuk ke ranah politik melalui DPR, Ninik Wafiroh dikenal sebagai kalangan aktivis dan akademisi. Setelah menjabat pada DPR RI Nihayatul Wafiroh memiliki visi dan misi yaitu DPR menjadi rumah rakyat yang memajukan hak-hak perempuan dan anak. Nihayatul Wafiroh adalah satu dari tiga orang anggota dewan yang mengusulkan RUU Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual.
Ibu dua orang anak ini juga merupakan bagian dari Jajaran pembantu pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Darussalam, Banyuwangi.
