G.222 (dikenal dengan nama pabrikan Aeritalia G.222, Fiat G.222 dan Alenia C-27 Spartan) adalah pesawat angkut militer dengan kemampuan STOL (short takeoff and landing, lepas landas dan mendarat dengan landasan pendek) buatan Italia yang pertama kali diluncurkan pada ahun 1970an. Pesawat ini dirancang untuk memenuhi persyaratan NATO, tetapi awalnya Italia adalah satu-satunya negara NATO yang menggunakannya. Pada 1990, Amerika Serikat membeli sejumlah kecil G.222 yang diberi nama C-27A Spartan. Versi modern dari pesawat ini disebut Alenia C-27J Spartan yang banyak menggunakan fitur asli G.222, tetapi juga mengadopsi mesin dan banyak sistem yang sama dengan C-130J Super Hercules milik Lockheed Martin yang berukuran lebih besar.
