Paula Julie Abdul (lahir 19 Juni 1962) adalah seorang penyanyi, penari, dan aktris berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang memenangkan nominasi Grammy Award dan Emmy Award. Kehidupan awal

Abdul lahir di San Fernando, California dari orangtua Yahudi. Ayah Abdul, Harry Abdul, dilahirkan dalam komunitas Suriah-Yahudi di Aleppo, Suriah, dan dibesarkan di Brasil dan berimigrasi ke Amerika Serikat. Ibunya, pianis konser Lorraine M. Abdul menikah dengan Emilio Estevez dari tahun 1992 hingga 1994.
