Flying Colors adalah supergrup dari Amerika yang terdiri dari Mike Portnoy, Dave LaRue, Casey McPherson, Neal Morse dan Steve Morse.[2] Album kedua mereka, Second Nature, dirilis 30 September 2014 via Music Theories Recordings, sub-label dari "Mascot Label Group".
Biografi
Konsep membentuk supergrup yang dikombinasikan musisi virtuoso dan penyanyi bergaya pop pada awalnya dicetus oleh Produser Eksekutif, Bill Evans, pada tahun 2008. Grup akhirnya lengkap dengan memasukkan Mike Portnoy (drum, vokal), Dave LaRue (bass), Neal Morse (keyboard, vokal), Casey McPherson (vokal), dan Steve Morse (gitar). Album debut mereka direkam dengan bantuan produser musik Peter Collins.
Debut album studio self-titled dirilis pada tanggal 26 Maret 2012. Membuat debut tangga lagu di nomor 9 di "Hard Rock chart Billboard 's," dan nomor 11 di "BBC grafik Rock Album". Band ini kemudian merilis rekaman Blu-ray / DVD, "Live In Europe", yang dirilis pada 15 Oktober 2013, yang menampilkan cuplikan live performance mereka selama tur Eropa.[3]
Pada tanggal 16 Desember 2013, band ini mengumumkan bahwa album kedua mereka telah selesai yaitu Second Nature.[4][5]
