Tweety
Tweety (kependekan dari Tweety Bird atau Tweety Pie) adalah karakter dari seri kartun Looney Tunes, yang berasal dari Amerika Serikat. Karakter ini sangat populer seperti Taz. Karakter ini tampil di 48 kartun.
Tentang Tweety
[sunting | sunting sumber]Tweety menggambarkan seekor burung kenari kuning yang tinggal di sangkar dan merupakan bebek dari Granny. Waktu di luar sangkar, Tweety harus berhadapan dengan Sylvester. Karakter ini selalu untung saat dijaga oleh Hector yang tinggal di tempat Granny.
Karakter ini digagas oleh Bob Clampett dan disempurnakan oleh Friz Freleng. Kartun perdananya adalah A Tale of Two Kitties, di mana ia muncul bersama tokoh Babbit dan Catstello pada tanggal 21 November 1942.
