Conway Zirkle (28 Oktober 1895 – 28 Maret 1972) adalah seorang botanis dan sejarawan sains asal Amerika Serikat. Zirkle adalah profesor emeritus di Universitas Pennsylvania. Ia sangat mengkritik Lamarckisme, Lysenkoisme dan biologi Marxian.
