Rheina Elsa br Sebayang was born in Medan, on July 5 2002. She is the first child of 2 siblings. Rheina grew up in the Tigabinanga area, a village in Karo Regency, North Sumatra. She is someone who likes to read books, listen to music, and watch movies. Since kindergarten, she is someone who achieves. Since elementary school, she was interested in and loved reading books and also learning English. All day, she spends her time reading BOBO children's magazines and English storybooks. Every week she always buys used BOBO magazines at traditional markets. This hobby is also supported and facilitated by her parents who always buy Rheina books as souvenirs or gifts, at school in elementry school she also often goes to the library just to read books and Encyclopedias, because of the attractive appearance of books.

Now, Rheina is a student majoring in English Education at Mercu Buana University, Yogyakarta. He is active in organizing and participating in webinars. She is the deputy chairman of the Association for English Language Education at a private university in the City that is called Student City. She feels many positive things can be gained from joining organizations such as getting to know new people, making lots of friends, increasing critical thinking, and changing the way we think of seeing things. Rheina is also someone who likes to make friends and loves to learn new things. One of the activities she was being a committee member in the i-tell Webinar Conference with British Council as Liaison Officer. There she got another new experience about how to grow the confidence to be able to speak in front of many people and become someone who can help provide information to others. She is also active in hosting online webinars held by her campus. With all her experiences, She hopes to become someone good at public speaking one day.
