John Birmingham (lahir 7 Agustus 1964) adalah seorang pengarang Australia kelahiran Inggris, yang dikenal atas memoir tahun 1994 He Died with a Felafel in His Hand, dan trilogi Axis of Time buatannya.
Masa kecil dan pendidikan
[sunting | sunting sumber]Birmingham lahir di Liverpool, Britania Raya, tetapi dibesarkan di Ipswich, Queensland, Australia, saat berpindah ke negara tersebut dengan orangtuanya pada 1970. Birmingham meraih pendidikan tingginya di Saint Edmund's College di Ipswich dan di Universitas Queensland di Brisbane. Satu-satunya pekerjaan waktu penuh Birmingham adalah sebagai peneliti di Departemen Pertahanan Australia selain ia berkarya untuk program televisi A Current Affair.
