13th adalah dokumenter Amerika Serikat tahun 2016 yang disutradarai Ava DuVernay. Judul film yang mengambil tema ras dalam sistem pengadilan pidana Amerika Serikat ini berasal dari Amendemen ke-13 Konstitusi Amerika Serikat yang melarang perbudakan (kecuali sebagai hukuman atas tindak kejahatan). Dokumenter ini dibuka dengan statistik bahwa 25 persen tahanan di dunia terdapat di Amerika Serikat dan perbudakan diterapkan di A.S. lewat pemenjaraan massal. 13th mendapat pujian dari para kritikus dan mendapat nominasi Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature pada Academy Awards ke-89.[1]
