Jeni Bojilova-Pateva, atau Zheni Bozhilova-Pateva, (bahasa Bulgaria: Жени Божилова-Патева; 1 Desember 1878 – 17 Juni 1955) adalah seorang pengajar, penulis, aktivis hak-hak perempuan, dan hak pilih, yang terlibat dalam gerakan pasifis. Setelah lulus dengan kredensial mengajar pada tahun 1893, ia memulai profesinya, tetapi dilarang mengajar ketika sebuah undang-undang disahkan pada tahun 1898 yang membatasi hak-hak wanita yang sudah menikah. Dia beralih ke aktivisme dan jurnalisme, terlibat dalam gerakan perempuan internasional tahun itu. Seorang feminis yang sangat menonjol, dia adalah salah satu pendiri Persatuan Wanita Bulgaria pada tahun 1901. Selama tahun 1905 di Burgas, dia mendirikan "Kesadaran Diri", sebuah kelompok feminis, dan menjabat sebagai ketuanya selama 25 tahun. Sebagai editor dari Suara Perempuan dia menerbitkan artikel tentang perkembangan gerakan wanita di Bulgaria dan luar negeri, serta tentang isu-isu yang mempengaruhi wanita.
