Elizabeth Eleanor Siddall (25 Juli 1829 – 11 Februari 1862), lebih dikenal sebagai Elizabeth Siddal, adalah seorang seniman, penyair, dan model seniman asal Inggris. Koleksi penting karyanya dapat ditemukan di Wightwick Manor dan Ashmolean. Siddal dilukis dan digambar secara ekstensif oleh seniman Persaudaraan Pra-Raphaelite, termasuk Walter Deverell, William Holman Hunt, John Everett Millais (termasuk lukisannya yang terkenal pada tahun 1852 Ophelia) suaminya, Dante Gabriel Rossetti juga tak luput menggunakannya sebagai model dalam lukisannya.
