Tony Bennett (lahir 1947) adalah sosiolog Inggris yang pernah memegang posisi akademis di Inggris dan Australia. Karyanya berfokus pada studi budaya dan sejarah budaya. Bennett lahir di Manchester,[1] dan memperoleh gelar BA dalam bidang Politik, Filsafat dan Ekonomi di Universitas Oxford pada tahun 1968 dan gelar PhD dalam bidang sosiologi di Universitas Sussex pada tahun 1972.[2]
