Reinhard Gehlen (3 April 1902 – 8 Juni 1979) adalah seorang letnan-jenderal dan perwira intelijensi Jerman. Ia adalah kepala layanan intelijensi militer Wehrmacht di front timur pada Perang Dunia II, kepala mata-mata Organisasi Gehlen (1946–56) yang anti-komunis dan terafiliasi dengan CIA dan presiden pendiri Layanan Intelijensi Federal (Bundesnachrichtendienst, BND) Jerman Barat (1956–68) pada masa Perang Dingin.
