Henri Nouwen

Henri Jozef Michel Nouwen (24 Januari 1932 - 21 September 1996) adalah seorang pastor Katolik dari Ordo Trappist (OCSO) dari Belanda, dan penulis lebih dari 40 judul buku rohani yang disukai baik oleh pembaca Protestan maupun Katolik. Setelah dua puluh tahun menjadi pengajar di Universitas Notre Dame, Universitas Yale dan Universitas Harvard, ia mengabdi di lingkungan orang-orang cacad di Daybreak, Toronto.

Hidupnya

Dilahirkan pada tahun 1932 di Nijkerk, Nouwen meninggal pada tahun 1996 di Hilversum karena serangan jantung.
