Pertempuran Khalkhin Gol (bahasa Mongol: Халхын голын байлдаан; Jepang: ノモンハン事件 Nomonhan jiken-- Insiden Nomonhan) adalah pertempuran dari perang Perbatasan Soviet-Jepang yang tidak dideklarasikan, atau Perang Jepang-Soviet, yang terjadi antara Uni Soviet dan Kekaisaran Jepang tahun 1939. Pertempuran ini dinamai dari sungai Khalkhyn Gol. Di Jepang, pertempuran ini disebut Insiden Nomonhan.
