Prof. Dr. Ir. Soedjono Djoened Poesponegoro adalah Menteri Urusan Research Nasional pertama dalam Kabinet Kerja III hingga Kabinet Dwikora I. Dia juga pernah menjadi Rektor Universitas Indonesia periode 1958 hingga 1962.
